The Ohio Manufacturing Workforce Partnership is a collaboration of workforce development organizations working to build the pipeline of talent that our state’s manufacturers need to staff the most in-demand positions.
Ohio Manufacturing Workforce Partnership began with a grant project involving Lorain County Community College, Ohio TechNet and Ohio Manufacturers’ Association, and has grown and evolved into a much broader and collaborative ecosystem that’s being built throughout Ohio.

And all of it guided by industry via the OMA workforce leadership committee. This small team acts as “staff” to the OMWP.
